Great question Sophie. I have tried dozens of hosting companies. I’m currently hosting with HostGator, they are great for all types of internet entrepreneurs.

I love that they have 24/7 live chat on their site, whoever you decide to go with, make sure they have that feature! Support is so important.

Sophie, I agree with Michael on this one, HostGator seem to have everything you could ask for, along with unrivalled support.

I too have been with numerous web hosts and after being with HostGator for a couple of months now I have no complaints.

I remember having to make the decision myself, I ended up with these guys because of the value for money as well as so many glowing recommendations.

For someone with a small budget, they are the best. If you have a lot of money, you can get better hosts but based on the fact I use them to host my sites that get hundreds of thousands of visitors monthly, that should let you know just how much I trust them with my site.

Hey, I’m a web designer in the UK and have tried out a range of hosting providers over the last 3 years. In my experience, the best hosting company for fast server speeds, customer service and being relatively low cost are TSO Hosts. They usually sort out your problems within 30 minutes and you get straight through on the phone. Hope this helps.
