Website Logo and Slogan Trademark

Should I get my website logo and slogan trademarked? Is Incomediary a registered trademark by Michael Dunlop?

    Veggieab,

    I would have to say, this would really be a personal preference decision. I have not tradmarked anything in my business as of yet. At this point in the game, I do not feel like my business, nor myself, risk the chance of some one or some business, crossing paths with us. Having said that, if the business / brand you are building is so unique and could gain such positive spolight that others might to piggyback on, I would suggest you check into going down the Trademark route.

    With regards to the second part of your question concern Michael Dunlop and what he has or has not registered with trademark– I did conduct a quick trademark search for income diary and did not see where it was registered. I could be wrong, so I’ll let Michael chime in on that part.
