No Follow and Do Follow Links

I have heard conflicting things about No Follow and Do Follow links with some people recommending plugins to make all links No follow and some people saying it better to set them to Do Follow. Can you shed some light on this?

    Actually, both No Follow and Do Follow links are great for your site’s traffic. I would search out Google to find out specifically which portions of your site would be best for No Follow links, and which portions of your site would be best for Do Follow. It really just depends on the kind of content you have on your site, and how your site is designed.
