Hi.
After first reading posts on retireat21.com and then from that finding this blog I decided to set up my own blog in July. I am 15 years old and my aim is to make my website successful like yours and start to make money online. What do you think I need to do to my blog to take it to success? My blog is (http://www.startuptoday.co.uk/)

Hi,
Well first of all, you need to ask yourself what you’re doing differently to the rest of the pack? If you’re just creating the same content in a slightly different package, then the answer to your question is a very long time. If I were you, I would use my age to my advantage, and show them what you can achieve with a blog at a young age. As far as your content goes, it’s reasonable interesting, but rather short, and not all that different from what we see from the rest of the internet. If you want to be successful in this crowded market, you need to be unique, and I’m not talking about having a USP, I’m talking about having a voice and opinion that people value and want to hear from. If I were you, I would start talking more personally, and see how things go from there. It will still be a while before you’re successful, but at least you’ll be on the right track. I recommend reading this interview for inspiration, particularly the last section: http://www.incomediary.com/steve-kamb-interview-why-i%E2%80%99m-successful

Josh,
I’m also curious because i’m in a similar position. I’ve just started my own blog in the golfing niche http://www.talkinggolfonline.com. I’m trying to differentiate myself from other golf blog sites.
I was wondering what are the best ways to make my blog different? What questions do I need to ask myself to help find the answer?
Thanks
